Let’s begin with your 20-minute consult
Step 1
It all starts with your free 20-minute consult — a relaxed conversation for us to get to know each other and explore what you’d like help with.
It’s not a therapy session, but a chance to see if we’re a good fit.
Step 2
If we decide to keep working together, we’ll book your first 50-minute Telehealth session.
This could be for your first online therapy session or the first in a 10-week program, depending on what you’re after.
Step 3
You’ll receive an email with a link to your Client Portal via Halaxy. Click to accept the invitation and set a password. Once logged in with your email and password, you can complete the intake form, manage bookings, and access therapy resources.

Step 1
Online therapy offers assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for mental health concerns related to mental illness or life transitions. We’ll look at what gives your life meaning and what energises you.
Between sessions we’ll send you reflective activities to try.
Step 2
Each 50-minute session is a relaxed, down-to-earth space where you can feel comfortable talking about anything.
It’s an easy way to get support — whether you’re far away, travelling, busy, or have mobility concerns.
Step 3
There's no fixed number of sessions — most clients start with six. We’ll make recommendations, but you decide what works best.
Many begin weekly or fortnightly, then move to monthly as confidence grows.
Now for our 10-week therapy programs
Step 1
Our 10-week therapy programs focus on mind, brain, and body as we age.
Each program is tailored to help you navigate life’s twists and thrive towards midlife and beyond.
Step 2
Programs draw on evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Between sessions, you’ll receive reflective activities and optional check-ins for support.
Step 3
Six sessions are recommended over 10-weeks for each program. This is a foundation, and you’re free to pause, stop, or go beyond that based on your needs and goals.
Sessions are billed individually, so you can choose what suits you.
