Rewrite Your Story is a 10-week tailored program for people moving through midlife and beyond — who want to reflect on their life story in a meaningful way — and make sense of trauma, loss, or challenging life transitions.

In Rewrite Your Story we include a gentle getting started pack, session tracking, and between session reflections with optional check-ins. Combining Cognitive Processing Therapy and Life Review, with the THRIVE model of psychological growth, Rewrite Your Story offers a supportive foundation. Six-sessions are recommended over 10-weeks, and each session is billed one at a time. This lets you pause or stop at any time or continue beyond six sessions based on your goals.

Life unfolds in chapters, and each one invites us to reflect, learn, and grow.

Rewrite Your Story offers a chance to revisit key moments, reshape limiting beliefs, and gain a deeper understanding of your past.

If you’re wanting to explore your life story in a meaningful way, sessions might explore key life themes or events — for example, your childhood memories, career achievements, relationships, challenges you’ve overcome, or losses you’ve endured.

Through reflective conversation, and techniques like reminiscence, journaling, or creative storytelling, we help you bring meaning to these experiences and what they’ve taught you. We pay attention to identity: Who have you been, who are you now, and who are you becoming?
