We welcome referrals from GPs and psychiatrists for patients navigating midlife and beyond, seeking accessible, evidence-based psychological support via Telehealth Australia-wide.

What to know about Medicare Better Access:
How do I know if my patient is eligible for Medicare Rebates?
Patients require either:
- A Mental Health Treatment Plan (GP); OR
- A Referral letter (psychiatrist or paediatrician)Patients must:
- Be likely to benefit from structured psychological support; AND
- Have a diagnosed mental disorder, such as:
- Adjustment Disorder
- Depression
- Bipolar Disorder
- Anxiety (incl. OCD, PTSD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, phobias)What are the review and session limits?
A review is required after 6 sessions. A new referral is required to access up to 10 rebated sessions each calendar year. -

We’re unable to accept referrals through NDIS, TAC, WorkCover, or DVA.
We do not provide independent assessments for:
- NDIS or DSP applications; or
- legal purposes.
